me, EC, and pinterest....

Me and Elle-Catherine share a Pinterest account. It started out rather innocently; she was merely curious about what Pinterest was so she added it to her iPad. I told her she could use my password and account. So she did. EC loves Pinterest and is constantly "pinning" things. The other day I noticed something that I found funny...

This is my favorite "board" to pin too! This board if FULL of all kinds of fashion ideas for cool outfits. I actually always head to the "Women's Fashion" section in Explore. No surprise here if you know me....right!

This is hands down Elle-Catherine's favorite board to pin to. No questions about it and if you know her this is also not surprising.

What I find hilarious is that if you don't really know me or her and you don't realize we share an account one might mistake me for someone who cooks willingly!! I sort of laugh when I notice that others "repin" a recipe that "I" have pinned; I'm laughing cause I know they will come closer to cooking it than I ever will!!
I just wanted to set the record straight....

Girl Days and Cupcakes...

Well I'm glad to say that Judy Moody was a good movie...much better than I was expecting! And most of all Elle-Catherine had so much fun! The added plus for her dinner at Ruby Tuesdays and a red velvet cupcake!

Momma, Elle-Cahterine and Judy Moody!

It's a Girls Day Out! Where are we going...to see "Judy Moody and the Not So Bummer Summer" (isn't that a mouth full!) From the moment that Elle-Catherine saw this preview she HAD to see this movie. She declared that "No Boys" were allowed! So, it's off to the 2:35 showing we go!

And She Played...

One the greatest joys of motherhood for me to date happened recently. My baby girls piano recital. She was so excited, and although she said she was nervous I couldn't tell it. As I sat there and listened to her play the "Mexican Hand Clapping Song" without one mistake, my heart swelled. This was her moment, and she shined!

This is our sweet and wonderfully talented piano teacher, Miss Melissa...
