Snow Fun...

One of my most fondest memories as a child, is licking icicles I got from my Grandmother's house (gross, I know) after a big snow. I'm not sure if the snows I remember as a child were really bigger than they are now, or if I simply view them through the lens of my childhood memories. Yet, this snow is so much like the one's I remember as a child. My intent was to still have school, after all, buses have no problem getting to our "school." However, I couldn't seem to bring myself to take this snow day a way from them! What kid in America doesn't live for snow days? Here is a sample of theirs...and nope I didn't join them!

A Little Bit of Cooter and A Little Bit of Christmas...

My relationship with Fishers of Men (the fishing organization that Terry is apart of) has been one filled with love and hate! Standing in the water ankle deep while weighing in fish is an example of hate...Getting to go to Nashville for a quick overnight trip to deliver a boat, well that's a love. Recently we packed up the car and headed to Oak Ridge, of course, since Nashville happened to be on the way we got to spend a little bit of family time enjoying the Christmas activities!!

Jackson and Avery love The Dukes of Hazzard...they were amazed to see Cooter's truck!

Daddy and the Kiddos at Opryland Hotel!

Now Momma and the Kiddos!

Elle-Catherine riding the $3 train at Opryland Hotel

Jackson and Avery riding in the engine...yet, neither got to honk the horn! Much to Jackson's aggravation!

We had a blast!! And this was certainly a LOVE moment between me and FOM!

Playing Catch Up...

"How lonely sits the city that was full of people..." Lamenttions 1:1...Wow...I can't begin to explain how absolutly crazy my life has become in the past two months. I want everything to stop so that I can process but that's just not how things work is it? Instead, I'm hanging on! I have so many posts to catch up on I can't begin to think about how many!! Maybe I can get to that today!
